MY PHILOSOPHY

I do not “force or coerce” clients into taking a plea to a charge they feel they are not guilty of. You make all decisions about the disposition of your matter. I will give you my personal opinion based on my experience and the possible risk and consequence of having your matter tried before a judge or jury but the final decision is yours and yours alone. I make it a point to educate my clients on all aspects of the law that affects their case so that an intelligent and well-reasoned decision can be made.
